A variety of different exercises to improve your core and cardiac output.

CORE DYNAMICS

Wear shoes for this class that will take you through functional exercises & drills to improve overall muscle tone (strong & mobile), core strength, balance & stability, and muscle endurance for load bearing joints (i.e. shoulders, hips, knees).

HATHA YOGA

A simpler approach to yoga, practiced at a slower, more relaxed pace than flow classes, and where the poses are held longer. Relax your mind, increase energy, and reduce stress.

LOAD & LIFT

Periodized strength training using barbells, dumbbells and step, with a focus on building muscular endurance.

REFORMER PILATES*

Pilates class on the Reformer apparatus, focusing on posture and alignment. Reformer uses power and resistance to challenge your core via principles of balance and strength. Only 2 clients per class, no prior Pilates experience required. *Clients must register with Reception in advance, 2 per class at a cost of $40.00 per class.

GENTLE YOGA

We are really good at being too busy, but not so good at being still. Gentle Yoga is a bridge between moving in flow and surrendering in a pose. Gentle Yoga equally strengthens & stretches increasing flexibility and repairing muscles in need of TLC. Based on; poses (asana), breathing awareness, and listening to our body.

HIT MAX

High intensity interval training. Short 30 second spurts of high intensity exercise followed by 30 seconds of moderate intensity exercise for maximizing your workout time.

MAT PILATES

A class to strengthen core muscles, improve skeletal alignment and flexibility.

SLEEK TECHNIQUE CARDIO

A high cardio workout that will tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Ultimately you will have a leaner, stronger body which will also give you balance and flexibility.  

SPIN

Challenge yourself on the stationary bike with this 45-50 minute high cardio conditioning class, followed by a 10-15 minute strength and tone circuit.

STRENGTH & TONE

This class is a variety of high-intensity exercise, bodyweight movements along side cardiovascular conditioning, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance. 

SUNRISE YOGA

Start your day with a Hatha flow class. Get your blood moving, stretch & strengthen your body.

YIN/RESTORATIVE YOGA

Open the body in this fluid Yin style class that restores the joints and connective tissue of body while increasing breath and body awareness. Open to all levels.

YOGA FLOW

Flow through a mixed yoga class that focuses on synchronizing our breath through movement that strengthen and lengthen the body leaving you grounded and energized. Open to all levels.

ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice. Beginners welcome.
