BARRE
Unique full bodyworkout , designed to activate all muscle groups with a particular focus on the body's lower quadrant. An awesome fusion of Pilates, Dance and Functional Fitness, Barre keeps you moving to the beat of the music but with Pilates precision & control. No dance experience necessary - definately give it a go!

BOOTCAMP + MOBILITY STRETCH
This all levels Boot Camp class is a fast-paced, varied workout designed to challenge and engage you with a mix of strength, cardio exercises, and functional mobility. The formats and movements change each week. Each 1:15-minute class contains ample time for mobility and warm-up, movement demonstrations, and a chance to cool down/stretch. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, and the work is scalable to all bodies and levels of abilities.


BOOTCAMP
This class combines cardio, strength training and functional fitness performed at stations as well as combined group work. Weights, rowing machines, various fitness equipment and body weight will be used to challenge strength and endurance
CARDIO CORE
A challenging mix of intense, dynamic core stabilizing exercises to get your blood flowing using weights and other props to improve strength, balance and core.

CORDIO TONE
This class is an interval-based class combining strength & conditioning, Weights, calisthenics and cardio are all combined in various circuits to increase strength & endurance. Modificiations are demonstrated for all fitness levels.

HATHA YOGA
A simpler approach to yoga, practiced at a slower, more relaxed pace than flow classes, and where the poses are held longer. Relax your mind, increase energy, and reduce stress.

HIP HOP
A fun and energetic class to learn some funky choreography. Feel empowered picking up classic Hip Hop moves that will improve your coordination by dancing and sweating!

LIFT AND LOAD
Periodized strength training using barbells, dumbbells and step, with a focus on building muscular endurance.

GENTLE YOGA
We are really good at being too busy, but not so good at being still. Gentle Yoga is a bridge between moving in flow and surrendering in a pose. Gentle Yoga equally strengthens & stretches increasing flexibility and repairing muscles in need of TLC. Based on; poses (asana), breathing awareness, and listening to our body.

HIIT
High intense interval training. Short 30 second spurts of high intensity exercise followed by 30 seconds of moderate intensity exercise for maximizing your workout time.

INSPIRE YOUR INTUITION
The goal is to shift your energy through dance (30 min) followed by a breathing technique (5 min) to calm the body and mind, then tune into, and ignite your intuition through a guided meditation (20 min).

SPIN WITH BROOKE
Get your wheels turning with this sweaty, high intensity spin class. A motivational upbeat 45 minute session that focuses on endurance, strength and intervals followed by 15 minutes of recovery and stretch

SPIN WITH LINDSAY
Challenge yourself on the stationary bike with this 45-50 minute high cardio conditioning class, followed by a 10-15 minute strength and tone circuit.

STRENGTH & TONE
This class is a variety of high-intensity exercise, bodyweight movements along side cardiovascular conditioning, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance.

MAT PILATES
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

PILATES WITH PROPS
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. This class uses rollers, therabands and/or pilates balls to enrich your mat practice.

POWER HIIT STETCH
Come out for a full hour of our newest class "Power HIIT Stretch" for a full body challenge. This class will challenge both your cardiovascular and strength as well as your flexibility, agility and stamina! Get ready to use spin bikes, medicine balls, skipping ropes while also including plyometrics and some strength. This class will end with a well deserved stretch. Get ready to sweat! All levels welcome!

YOGA
Awaken your mind, body and spirit through joyful movement and delicious stretching. Whether you are new to yoga, a seasoned yogi, or nursing an injury, Jen will meet you where you are at with modifications/customization and challenge. Classes combine Hatha and vinyasa flow with meditation. All levels are welcome.

ASHTANGA VINAYSA YOGA
This class focuses on strengthening, toning the bodies through a series of poses. This class will challenge you while having you energized & restored.

POWER YOGA
Turn your stress into sweat. This 60 min Power Yoga class focuses on strengthening, toning the bodies through a series of poses. This class will challenge you while having you energized and restored. Discover your limits!

SPINOGA
This class includes a combination of spin and yoga. It includes 45 minutes of high intensity spin, following by a relaxing 30 minutes of yoga.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA
Enjoy a slower paced therapeutic Yoga practice taking time to work the bodies tightness and stress physically and mentally. All levels welcome!

REFORMERS PILATES
Pilates class on the Reformer apparatus, focusing on posture and alignment. Reformer uses power and resistance to challenge your core via principles of balance and strength. Use your personal training sessions towards this service or purchase at the front desk individually or by package.
