Certified Clinical Somatic Educator, Somatic Movement Coach, empowers individuals to unlock their full potential through mindful movement, somatic awareness, and holistic wellness. Her own journey from office worker to yoga teacher and studio owner sparked a quest to help others find freedom from stress and chronic pain. After years of searching, she discovered the transformative power of Clinical Somatics and now guides clients in reclaiming bodily autonomy, building confidence, and achieving personal empowerment. 

 

She also offers Raindrop Technique sessions, harnessing the therapeutic benefits of essential oils to nurture body, mind, and spirit. With a compassionate and open-hearted approach, she helps individuals move better, feel better, and live better. Kim offers personalized sessions, blending her expertise in Clinical Somatics, movement coaching, and holistic wellness approaches to support clients in reaching their fitness goals and unlocking a life of freedom, ease, and vitality.

RAINDROP TECHNIQUE

A RELAXING AND REJUVENATING ESSENTIAL OIL TREATMENT

Experience a powerful, non-invasive massage that combines the benefits of aromatherapy, gentle touch, and moist heat to promote relaxation, balance, and overall wellness. This technique uses therapeutic-grade essential oils with antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties to ease muscle discomfort, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. 

 

During the session, enjoy a sequence of essential oils applied along the spine, gently massaged in, and absorbed with a soothing hot compress. This technique also incorporates Vita Flex, a Tibetan reflexology method, and Feather Stroking, a gentle stroking technique to calm the mind and body.
