FROM THE NORTHWOOD CLUB TEAM
Over the past two years we have purchased and installed an entire full body circuit from Atlantis equipment along with a pendulum & hack squat machine, t-bar row, pectoral fly, smith machine, flat & incline bench press. In addition we took delivery of a new line of dumb bells from Watson equipment based out of the U.K.
In June of 2023 we purchased a new line of Cardio equipment from "Freemotion IFit" including treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent & upright bikes as well as a coach bike and two brand new dual cable cross-over machines.
In December 2023 we took delivery of 21 Matrix CXP spin bikes that have a digital console with all the key metrics.
