Sweat-inducing, body weight workout designed to condition each muscle group. Expect a combination of cardio, core, and muscular endurance exercises starting with a warm-up and ending with a deep stretch. Beginner friendly!

COVID-19 FACILITY UPGRADES
Masks and gloves will be provided to all personal trainers and admin staff
Protective barriers will be installed at the front desk
Antibacterial dividers will be inserted between all cardio equipment
Antibacterial film will be applied to high touch surfaces
Installation of additional sanitizing stations
Decreased capacity and altered room layouts for group fitness classes to ensure adequate spacing between you and your neighbour
Reduced class duration to minimize congestion and make time to deep clean with hospital grade disinfectant
Showers and lockers will be available with distancing measures in place. Locker area will be at a capacity of 4.
Towel service will be temporarily discontinued, please bring your own towel for shower usage
Water refill stations will be allowed but only with the touch less system. Please do not use the manual drinking dispenser
