There is no ONE way to move and feel great. Every body is different and every person deserves to enjoy moving in the way that they need.
Our group class schedule is led by only the most highly qualified instructors. It is an
ever evolving program that aims to meet the needs of all our members while keeping up with the current trends in fitness.

GENTLE YOGA (FLOW)
Enjoy a slower paced Yoga practice taking time to work out the bodies tightness and stress physically and mentally. It may involve “flow or vinyasa” which means a choreographed transition between postures. This class is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Great for beginners and those looking for a mobility class to support other athletic activities.
YOGA FLOW
Classic yoga postures strung together using the breath as your guide. Use your breath to move your body and meditate in motion. This class moves faster than our Gentle Yoga classes and will require more endurance on behalf of the participants.


SPIN
These indoor cycling classes are high energy, low impact workouts led by our series of experienced instructors. Members pedal to a soundtrack and are guided through various drills. Each instructor brings their own flavour and routines to these classes guaranteed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and keep you pedalling all year round! You control your resistance and speed so these workouts are suitable for all levels!
PILATES
A class based on the training system of Joseph Pilates. All classes are taught by teachers trained in the Contemporary style. Mat based, body weight exercise modality focused on Core Strength. Suitable for all levels. Great for those looking to improve functional muscles patterns in their body, recover from injury and improve athletic performance.

DANCE FIT
Dance Fit is a high-vibe workout that blends dance cardio, functional fitness, and strength building exercises. Move to the beat of the music while unlocking new confidence and joy in your fitness journey. Each 45 minute session is designed to be fun, empowering, and energizing, helping you get out of your head and into your body. This class is all about creating strong bodies, fostering a supportive community, and celebrating the joy of movement. Suitable for all levels.
TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
Depending on the instructor, you will encounter weight plates, free weights, resistance bands, steps and body weight exercises to improve muscle endurance and build strength. There may be circuits and interval timing or a full class experience. Either way, our instructors are dedicated to helping you build and maintain a strong body in a supportive environment. All levels welcome.


TRX-KETTLEBELLS
Trx training or suspension training is a resistance based class aimed at improving strength, agility and power. Join us for a full body workout that can be adapted for all fitness levels. With suspension straps for each participant you will be able to leverage your own body weight to perform a variety of exercises and build a strong core mixed with circuit Kettlebell work.
